Kuoni Global Travel Services, a former customer in the guise of Gullivers Travel Association, called us back in for a restack of their existing Barbican base. Over 20 new people were set to move in so the existing 180 needed to play the office equivalent of musical chairs. To fit in with the client’s timescales the move was a mid-week affair over two evenings with no room for error and no contingency that we can usually build in for weekend working. The move included moving the main IT systems and customer service teams so there was no scope for errors.
A full decom’ and recom’ of the IT and telephones and full cable management for each desk was completed with everything fully functional each morning. Function worked through the night until the job was finished each day with the teams staying on site until people arrived and everything was fully functional.
